Full-Time Telehealth Mental Health Therapist Position Open
We are searching for a compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to help us in our mission to democratize access to high-quality mental health care. We believe that everyone, everywhere, should have access to the support they need. By providing convenient and accessible care, we aim to dismantle the stigmas surrounding mental health.
Schedule:
We are searching for a compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to help us in our mission to democratize access to high-quality mental health care. Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
- $110,000 - $130,000 per year and with benefits
- Conduct remote assessments to identify clients' needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to virtual sessions.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy via secure video conferencing.
- Offer crisis intervention and support through telecommunication.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals using digital platforms.
- Monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed during sessions.
- Engage in ongoing professional development related to telehealth practices.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
- Active California state license as an LCSW, LMFT or LPCC.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in outpatient setting.
- Ability to effectively engage with diverse populations in a virtual setting.
- Knowledge of telehealth technologies and practices, including any specific training or certifications in providing telehealth services.
