Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist Needed

Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
Salary:
  • $90,000 - $110,000 per year and with benefits
Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate mental health diagnosis and create and implement a treatment plan
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy.
  • Respond to clients in crisis situations, providing immediate support and intervention to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Regularly assess and document clients' progress towards their treatment goals and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Consult and coordinate with family and/or support system regarding client treatment and discharge planning.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Social Worker, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
  • Active North Dakota state license as an LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, or LCSW.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient setting.
  • Ability to work independently, self-directed and highly organized
  • Strong computer skills including word processing, e-mail systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records
