Full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor Needed

We are partnering with an exceptional organization seeking to expand their team of Fully Licensed Therapists. In this role, you will provide high-quality counseling for individuals, families, and couples, tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. You will have the opportunity to design impactful treatment plans that promote healing and personal growth. By fostering a supportive atmosphere, you’ll help clients feel comfortable addressing their challenges and pursuing meaningful change. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team will enhance your ability to offer comprehensive care and ensure that every client receives personalized support.

SALARY:
  • $90,000 - $110,000 per year and benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Evaluate clients' mental health needs through interviews and assessments.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, offering support for emotional and psychological issues.
  • Collaborate with clients to create and monitor personalized treatment goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Offer immediate support and intervention for clients experiencing crises or emergencies.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Active Washington state license as LMFT, LMHC or LICSW.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience in mental health settings.
  • Proficient in various therapeutic modalities (e.g. CBT, trauma-informed care).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to ethical practices and client confidentiality.
