Exciting Opportunity for Full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor

We are looking to add Fully Licensed Mental Health Counselor to their team. You will deliver exceptional individual, family, and couples counseling, customizing your approach to fit each patient’s specific needs. SALARY:
  • $90,000 - $110,000 per year and benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Evaluate clients' mental health needs through interviews and assessments.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, offering support for emotional and psychological issues.
  • Collaborate with clients to create and monitor personalized treatment goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Offer immediate support and intervention for clients experiencing crises or emergencies.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Active Washington state license as LMFT, LMHC or LICSW.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience in mental health settings.
  • Proficient in various therapeutic modalities (e.g. CBT, trauma-informed care).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to ethical practices and client confidentiality.
