Seeking a Full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor to Join an Outpatient Clinic

SALARY:
- $90,000 - $110,000 per year and benefits
- Evaluate clients' mental health needs through interviews and assessments.
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, offering support for emotional and psychological issues.
- Collaborate with clients to create and monitor personalized treatment goals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Offer immediate support and intervention for clients experiencing crises or emergencies.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.
- Active Washington state license as LMFT, LMHC or LICSW.
- Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience in mental health settings.
- Proficient in various therapeutic modalities (e.g. CBT, trauma-informed care).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
