Full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist Needed in a Private Practice

We are looking to hire a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our rapidly growing private practice. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will collaborate with our Clinical Director and referral sources to provide integrated mental health services. Your responsibilities will include self-scheduling, conducting initial and ongoing assessments, delivering individual therapy, enhancing family communication, and maintaining high-quality, timely clinical documentation.

Salary:
  • $110,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in receiving services
  • Engage clients in beneficial activities to promote their well-being.
  • Assess clients and gather relevant information to inform support plans.
  • Provide information and emotional support to clients and their families.
  • Contact and make referrals to other agencies and services as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on client interactions and progress.
  • Participate in training, supervision, and meetings to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Active California state license as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous clinical experience.
  • Ability to develop treatment plans tailored to client needs.
  • Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques.
  • Proficiency in behavioral therapy, patient care, and medical documentation
