Seeking a Full-time Licensed Licensed Mental Health Therapist
We are actively seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our flourishing private practice. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will partner with our Clinical Director and referral sources to deliver focused mental health services. Your duties will encompass self-scheduling, conducting both initial and ongoing evaluations, providing individual therapy, facilitating family communication, and maintaining timely and high-quality clinical documentation.

Salary:
- $110,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
- Assist clients in receiving services
- Engage clients in beneficial activities to promote their well-being.
- Assess clients and gather relevant information to inform support plans.
- Provide information and emotional support to clients and their families.
- Contact and make referrals to other agencies and services as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on client interactions and progress.
- Participate in training, supervision, and meetings to enhance service delivery.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or Psychology from an accredited program.
- Active California state license as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
- Minimum of 2 years of previous clinical experience.
- Ability to develop treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques.
- Proficiency in behavioral therapy, patient care, and medical documentation
