Full-Time Position as Licensed Mental Health Counselor Available

We are looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will conduct client assessments, evaluate their mental health needs, and create personalized therapy plans to address a range of issues. You may work with clients dealing with substance abuse, depression, anxiety, or eating disorders. Experience with a diverse array of patients and conditions is essential. Your contributions will play a vital role in fostering healing and growth for each individual.

SCHEDULE:
  • Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 AM
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide mental health therapy to clients within the scope of training/experience
  • Adhere to legal and ethical guidelines of the profession as well as to “best practice” documentation and billing requirements
  • Develop a rapport with clients to facilitate a healthy therapeutic relationship
  • Respond to client crises as necessary and make recommendations to keep the client safe and ensure all company safety measures are followed
  • Provide limited case management services as necessary and/or communicate with other healthcare providers involved to advocate for other services as needed
  • Demonstrate self-motivated attitude and ability to perform responsibilities of the position with limited supervision
  • Maintain regular and open communication with other members of the team
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Active California state license as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
  • Must have at least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families
  • Ability to record, proofread and check documents and files for accuracy
SALARY:
  • $110,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
