Full-Time Position as Licensed Mental Health Counselor Available

We are looking for full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our team. SCHEDULE:
  • Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 AM
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns and develop treatment plans
  • Provide individual and group therapy to clients using evidence-based modalities tailored to their unique needs
  • Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and monitor progress throughout treatment
  • Coordinate with other clinicians and participate in case consultations as needed.
  • Share resources and coping strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Active California state license as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
  • Must have at least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families
  • Ability to record, proofread and check documents and files for accuracy
SALARY:
  • $110,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
