Full-Time Position as Licensed Mental Health Counselor Available
SCHEDULE:
We are looking for full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our team. SCHEDULE:
- Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 AM
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns and develop treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy to clients using evidence-based modalities tailored to their unique needs
- Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and monitor progress throughout treatment
- Coordinate with other clinicians and participate in case consultations as needed.
- Share resources and coping strategies.
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.
- Active California state license as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
- Must have at least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families
- Ability to record, proofread and check documents and files for accuracy
- $110,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
