Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct therapeutic sessions that foster healing and resilience.
  • Create tailored treatment plans based on individual assessments.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team to ensure comprehensive client care.
  • Participate in discharge planning to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Document clinical activities accurately according to established policies.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Valid licensure (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) in the state.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the behavioral health sector.
  • Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for client-centered care.
