Your Role: As a Mental Health Therapist, you will be a vital member of our team, delivering effective counseling services, conducting comprehensive assessments, creating personalized treatment plans, and maintaining meticulous clinical documentation. Your role is essential in guiding clients on their paths to wellness.

Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct therapeutic sessions that promote recovery and resilience.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans based on thorough client assessments.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to monitor and evaluate client progress.
  • Participate in discharge planning to facilitate effective care transitions.
  • Accurately document patient care activities in compliance with health care policies.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current licensure (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) in the state.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the behavioral health field.
  • Knowledge of therapeutic modalities such as Mindfulness and Solution-Focused Therapy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client-centered care.
