Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LICSW) – Providing Compassionate Care in a Supportive Environment

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our compassionate team. Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year

Your Role and Impact:

  • Assess client needs and create personalized treatment plans for individuals and families.
  • Provide therapy through individual and group sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the most effective care for clients.
  • Engage with families to enhance their understanding and involvement in the treatment process.
  • Ensure all client documentation is complete, accurate, and in line with ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LICSW in the state.
  • two years of post-licensure experience specializing in mood disorders preferred
  • Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in treating mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, based on caseload.
