Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LICSW) – Make an Impact Where It Counts

Are you looking for a fulfilling role where you can make a lasting difference in people's lives? We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team. In this position, you'll provide essential therapy and support to clients working through a range of mental health challenges.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, based on experience

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and goals.
  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Support clients’ families in understanding mental health and treatment processes.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records and comply with all regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LICSW in the state.
  • two years of post-licensure experience specializing in mood disorders preferred
  • Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in treating mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, based on caseload.
