Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LICSW) – Empowering Clients, Building Better Futures

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapist who is passionate about supporting individuals through their mental health challenges. In this role, you'll make a significant impact by helping clients develop healthy coping strategies and achieve their personal goals.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, with full benefits

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assess clients' mental health and develop tailored, effective treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy sessions (individual and group) using evidence-based methods.
  • Work with other healthcare professionals to ensure well-rounded care.
  • Engage clients’ families in the treatment process, providing education and support.
  • Keep accurate, up-to-date records in line with ethical and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LICSW in the state.
  • two years of post-licensure experience specializing in mood disorders preferred
  • Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in treating mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, based on caseload.
