Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) – Your Expertise, Their Healing Journey

Do you want to make a real difference in people’s lives? We are looking for a passionate, dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team and provide compassionate, client-centered care. In this role, you'll have the chance to work with a supportive and experienced team while guiding individuals toward better mental health.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 annually, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' needs and create personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy to individuals and groups using a variety of evidence-based techniques.
  • Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for each client.
  • Help clients' families understand and engage in the therapeutic process.
  • Document client progress and ensure all records are compliant with regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state.
  • two years of post-licensure experience specializing in mood disorders preferred
  • Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in treating mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, based on caseload.
