Licensed Telehealth Mental Health Counselor

We are looking for Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), and Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSW) to deliver exceptional care through our secure online platform.

Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 annually with full benefits

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for stable, low-acuity adult clients dealing with anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship challenges, and more.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and use evidence-based practices to help clients meet their goals.
• Engage clients through tools like video communication, journaling, and clinical goal-setting.
• Maintain accurate, confidential notes in compliance with ethical and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology.
• Active licensure as an LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or equivalent.
• Reliable internet and a PC or laptop (no tablets).
• A passion for empowering clients and delivering culturally responsive care.
