Are you a licensed therapist with a heart for helping others? We’re looking for empathetic, skilled professionals to join our remote team and provide invaluable support to clients in need of mental health care, all while working from the comfort of your own home.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, plus a full range of benefits.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead therapy sessions remotely, creating an accessible and supportive environment for clients.
  • Work with clients to assess their needs and build personalized, effective treatment plans.
  • Use evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients overcome challenges and meet their goals.
  • Empower clients to build lasting coping skills and navigate life’s obstacles.
  • Keep secure, accurate records to ensure progress is tracked and goals are met.
  • Continuously develop your skills by participating in professional training and growth opportunities.

Who You Are:

  • You hold a master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
  • You are licensed in California as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
  • You have 1-3 years of experience supporting clients in managing mental health concerns.
  • You enjoy working remotely and are passionate about providing accessible care to individuals of all backgrounds.
  • You’re dedicated to staying informed about the latest therapeutic methods to offer the best support possible.
