Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, with full benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver therapy remotely via secure video platforms, making it easy for clients to receive the help they need.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess their needs and create tailored treatment plans that focus on their goals.
  • Apply evidence-based therapeutic practices to help clients make meaningful progress in their lives.
  • Help clients manage daily challenges and develop lasting coping strategies that support long-term well-being.
  • Maintain confidential documentation to ensure client progress is accurately recorded.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay at the cutting edge of therapeutic practices.

Who You Are:

  • You have a master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
  • You are licensed as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California.
  • You have 1-3 years of experience helping individuals navigate mental health challenges.
  • You are experienced in providing remote therapy and enjoy connecting with clients virtually.
  • You are committed to learning and evolving as a therapist to offer the best care possible.
