Salary:
$110,000 - $130,000 per year with full benefits

Your Role Will Include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and creating tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions.
• Keeping detailed, confidential records of client interactions.
• Assessing the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.
• Guiding clients to additional community resources.
• Providing psychotherapy for individuals, groups, and families.
• Documenting all therapy sessions and treatments.
• Supporting direct patient care when needed.

What You Need to Succeed:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
• An active independent license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in the field.
