Exciting Opportunity: Mental Health Counselor

Compensation:
$110,000 - $130,000 per year with full benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Perform assessments and establish individualized therapy goals.
  • Lead both one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and secure documentation of client progress.
  • Continuously evaluate therapy outcomes.
  • Connect clients with community support systems.
  • Offer psychotherapy for individuals, families, and groups.
  • Record and manage therapy plans.
  • Provide direct care assistance when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work).
  • Licensed as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.
  • Two years of hands-on experience in mental health counseling.
