Mental Health Counselor – Full-Time Position

Pay Range:
$110,000 - $130,000 per year with full benefits
Key Duties:
- Conduct evaluations and set therapy goals.
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions.
- Maintain detailed, secure client records.
- Monitor therapy outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
- Help clients access community resources.
- Facilitate psychotherapy for individuals, families, and groups.
- Document therapy sessions comprehensively.
- Step in to assist with direct care when required.
Qualifications Needed:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
- Active independent license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT).
- At least two years of experience in the mental health field.
