Salary:
$110,000 - $130,000 per year with full benefits
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and set therapy objectives.
- Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals and groups.
- Maintain accurate records with strict confidentiality.
- Evaluate the progress of therapy interventions.
- Guide clients to community-based resources.
- Offer psychotherapy to individuals, families, and groups.
- Ensure all therapy sessions are well-documented.
- Support direct patient care as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a mental health-related field.
- Licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- A minimum of two years’ experience in mental health counseling.
