About the Role:

Position: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW)

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 annually, with full benefits.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current licensure in Washington State (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent).
• Experience with diverse client populations and a variety of mental health issues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously and in a collaborative setting.
