About the Role:

Position: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW)
Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate therapy sessions (individual, family, and group) using proven therapeutic approaches.
• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure well-rounded care.
• Maintain detailed records of client progress.
• Stay informed about advancements in mental health practices.

Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 annually, with full benefits.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current licensure in Washington State (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent).
• Experience with diverse client populations and a variety of mental health issues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously and in a collaborative setting.
