Flexible Mental Health Therapist Opportunity in Waterville, ME – Remote or Onsite

Looking for a role where your skills can shine, and your schedule works for you? We’re hiring a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LCPC) to join our team. This is a full-time position where you’ll support adolescents and young adults through personalized care. Work remotely or onsite with a team that values collaboration and innovation.

Work Type: Full-Time (Remote or In-Office)

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the needs of children and adolescents.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with families and care teams.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
  • Document clinical progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with organizational policies.

Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 per year with benefits

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctorate in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
  • Licensed as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LCPC in Maine
  • Experience working with diverse individuals
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to grow
