Licensed Therapist Role with Remote Flexibility

We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LCPC) to join our team in Kennebunk, ME.

Position: Full-Time Therapist

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the needs of children and adolescents.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with families and care teams.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
  • Document clinical progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with organizational policies.

Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 per year with benefits

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctorate in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
  • Licensed as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LCPC in Maine
  • Experience working with diverse individuals
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to grow
