Mental Health Therapist Role Available in Albany, GA

We are searching for an experienced Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) who is committed to making a positive impact. This role involves delivering therapeutic support to clients dealing with diverse mental health challenges. The position requires a solid foundation in behavioral therapy and strong communication skills to foster meaningful client relationships. Collaboration with healthcare professionals is a key component to ensure well-rounded care.

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Perform client evaluations and create tailored treatment strategies for children and adolescents.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions employing a variety of therapeutic approaches.
  • Use behavior management techniques to address client-specific needs.
  • Maintain comprehensive and compliant medical records.
  • Engage in continuous professional learning to refine therapeutic methodologies.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year with a full benefits package.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • State licensure/certification (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
  • At least two years of professional experience in mental health therapy.
  • Proficiency in building effective client relationships.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is a plus.
