We are hiring a Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to provide meaningful support to individuals facing mental health challenges. Job Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth assessments and design personalized treatment plans for youth.
• Deliver therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Address client concerns with effective behavior management practices.
• Ensure precise and thorough documentation as per industry standards.
• Take part in regular training to advance clinical skills.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus benefits.

Requirements:

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• State licensure/certification (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• At least two years of professional experience in mental health therapy.
• Proficiency in building effective client relationships.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is a plus.
