Licensed Mental Health Therapist Opportunity in Huntington Beach, CA (Full-Time)

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and referrals for effective treatment.
• Apply evidence-based methods to help clients reach their goals.
• Execute mandated reporting and uphold ethical standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support an adaptive and inclusive work environment.
• Perform thorough assessments and craft individualized treatment approaches.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of care.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, with full benefits.

Qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in a mental health discipline.
• Licensed as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
• Three or more years’ experience in outpatient care.
• Skilled communicator, adept at working with diverse populations.
• Proficiency with electronic systems and documentation.
