Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) - Full-Time Role in Waltham, Massachusetts

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to develop personalized therapy goals.
• Lead therapy sessions for individuals and groups.
• Keep accurate, confidential documentation of patient care.
• Monitor treatment progress and refine therapy strategies.
• Guide patients toward community resources and therapeutic options.
• Offer psychotherapy to individuals, families, and groups.
• Maintain detailed records of therapies provided.
• Support patient care when necessary.

Salary Range:

• $90,000 - $110,000 per year

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree required (Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counselling)
• Active licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT.

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
