Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Primary Responsibilities:
As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Provide consistent behavioral health services to adults, children, and families.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and oversee clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with staff during regular meetings and provide supervision as needed.
• Partner with community organizations to strengthen program delivery.
• Uphold respect for diversity and advocate for equity in care.

Salary: $90,000-$110,000 a year with full benefits

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
• Active Minnesota licensure as an LICSW LMFT LPCC or equivalent.
• Experience working with diverse populations and addressing a range of mental health concerns.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
