Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:
As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Performing assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Providing ongoing behavioral health care for children, adults, and families.
• Offering clinical oversight and reviewing documentation.
• Engaging in team meetings and sharing your expertise with colleagues.
• Partnering with local organizations to maximize service reach.

Salary: $90,000-$110,000 a year with full benefits

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
• Active Minnesota licensure as an LICSW LMFT LPCC or equivalent.
• Experience working with diverse populations and addressing a range of mental health concerns.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
