Mental Health Therapist (LICSW LMFT LPCC) Needed in Rochester, Minnesota

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Your Role Will Include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and implementing evidence-based treatment plans.
• Providing therapy services to diverse individuals and families.
• Supervising and guiding clinical team members.
• Reviewing documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Building relationships with community stakeholders to enhance services.

Salary: $90,000-$110,000 a year with full benefits

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
• Active Minnesota licensure as an LICSW LMFT LPCC or equivalent.
• Experience working with diverse populations and addressing a range of mental health concerns.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
