We are seeking passionate Mental Health Counselors, including Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), to join our esteemed team in California.

Job Type: Full-time, Virtual

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions online, employing evidence-based approaches to address various mental health challenges.
  • Work alongside clients to design customized treatment strategies that foster recovery and emotional well-being.
  • Provide immediate assistance and intervention for clients experiencing mental health crises.
  • Uphold accurate and confidential client records while adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Engage with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and enhance client outcomes.
  • Stay current with advancements and best practices in mental health therapy.

Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 annually with a full benefits package

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a similar field from an accredited school.
  • Valid California licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT, or eligibility for licensure.
  • Experience in counseling individuals, families, and groups.
  • Strong ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
  • Commitment to providing inclusive and affirming care.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
