Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) – Full-Time Opportunity in Altoona, Pennsylvania

We are looking to expand our team with a skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor to support our behavioral health initiatives. Our clinic specializes in individualized and group therapy, substance abuse assessments, and personalized treatment plans, all aimed at supporting our clients’ mental health recovery and emotional wellness.

Position Summary: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Core Duties:

  • Provide therapeutic counseling and crisis intervention services.
  • Work in close partnership with physicians to review patient care and progress.
  • Keep accurate clinical records in line with clinic policies.
  • Cooperate with multidisciplinary teams to design treatment and discharge plans.
  • Represent the clinic at community gatherings, establishing strong connections with local leaders.

Compensation Range: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus benefits.

Qualifications Needed:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
  • Valid independent license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
  • At least two years of experience in mental health services.
