Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) – Full-Time Role in West Chester, Pennsylvania

Join our dynamic team as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Our clinic is committed to providing exceptional behavioral health services, including both individual and group therapy, comprehensive substance use evaluations, and individualized treatment plans. We focus on creating a supportive environment that fosters recovery and mental wellness.

Job Overview: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities Include:

  • Offer counseling services and immediate intervention for individuals facing emotional or behavioral difficulties.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians to report on client progress and treatment adjustments.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create patient-focused treatment and discharge strategies.
  • Engage with the community and represent the clinic at various events and meetings.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus full benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
  • Independent license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
  • Minimum two years of experience in a clinical mental health role.
