Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) – Full-Time Role in Altoona, Pennsylvania

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dedicated team, enhancing our behavioral health services. Our clinic offers a comprehensive approach to care, including individual therapy, group therapy, substance use evaluations, and tailored treatment planning, with a focus on recovery and emotional well-being.

Position Details: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver counseling and crisis intervention services, addressing emotional and behavioral health concerns.
• Collaborate closely with physicians to track patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Ensure accurate and current clinical records are maintained in compliance with company standards.
• Work alongside other healthcare providers to create individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Represent the clinic in local community events and meetings, building relationships with key stakeholders.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year with comprehensive benefits.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Valid independent licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• At least two years of experience in a mental health clinical setting.
