California-Based Remote Counseling Position

Redefine mental health care as a licensed mental health professional on our advanced telehealth platform.

What You’ll Do:
Engage with clients via virtual sessions, addressing their unique needs and supporting their goals. Join a team committed to broadening access to mental health solutions.

Employment Type: Full-time, Remote

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Offer individualized online counseling sessions.
• Support clients in achieving balance and overcoming challenges.
• Provide feedback for service and platform improvements.

Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 annually with comprehensive benefits

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure in California as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT, or ability to obtain licensure.
• Proven experience in providing therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds.
• Dedication to cultural sensitivity and affirming care for all individuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork abilities.
