We are currently seeking applicants to fill Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor positions in Kaneohe, Hawaii. Type: Full-time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9AM – 5PM

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual therapy through video sessions to address clients’ mental health concerns.
• Engage clients in open conversations to foster emotional growth and understanding.
• Actively help clients set goals and track progress throughout their therapy journey.
• Apply your clinical expertise to design and implement effective treatment plans.

Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 annually with a full benefits package.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Active LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW licensure.
• Experience working with diverse groups and a range of mental health challenges.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
• Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with a team.
