Type: Full-time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9AM – 5PM

Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients to assist in managing mental health challenges.
• Provide emotional support and facilitate personal growth by exploring feelings and relationships.
• Help clients identify goals and work towards them in a supportive, collaborative environment.
• Assess client needs, create, and execute treatment plans using your clinical expertise.

Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 per year with full benefits.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Active licensure as an LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Experience in treating a wide range of mental health issues with diverse populations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team framework.
