Seeking Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Oregon

Your skills can change lives! We are seeking licensed therapists to join our remote team, where you’ll provide crucial mental health support to individuals across Oregon—anytime, anywhere.

Job Type: Full-time, Remote
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Duties:

• Lead virtual therapy sessions that empower clients to take control of their mental health.
• Guide clients through challenging emotions, helping them understand and manage their feelings.
• Help clients create actionable steps to achieve emotional growth and mental stability.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus a full benefits package.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.
• Licensing: Fully licensed to practice without supervision (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• Strong experience in therapy and creating client-centered treatment plans.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect and engage online.
• Comfort with technology and virtual counseling platforms.
