Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) – Remote Role in Oregon

Job Type: Full-time, Remote
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one virtual counseling, focusing on mental health and emotional growth.
• Encourage open communication to help clients explore their feelings and experiences.
• Assist clients in setting achievable, real-life goals that improve their mental well-being.
• Utilize your clinical knowledge to craft and apply effective treatment plans tailored to each client.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.
• Licensing: Fully licensed to practice without supervision (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• Experience creating personalized treatment plans and a strong clinical foundation.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport virtually.
• Comfortable using digital platforms for therapy.
