Make a Difference as a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington

We’re looking for licensed mental health professionals who want to provide meaningful, remote counseling to clients across Washington. If you’re passionate about helping others improve their mental well-being, this is the role for you.

Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

In This Role, You Will:

• Hold virtual sessions with clients to guide them through emotional challenges and mental health concerns
• Facilitate insightful conversations that lead to personal growth and self-discovery
• Work closely with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and support their journey
• Use your clinical expertise to assess and treat clients with customized, solution-focused plans

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, along with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field
• Fully licensed to practice independently as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
