Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Your Role:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, helping them manage life’s challenges and improve their mental health
• Create a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their feelings and emotions
• Collaborate with clients to create and track personalized treatment goals
• Assess mental health needs and craft actionable, solution-focused plans

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, along with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field
• Fully licensed to practice independently as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
