Become a Virtual Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Ketchikan, Alaska

We are hiring for a Virtual Licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide essential services to individuals, families, and groups in Alaska. If you're an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW with a desire to help others grow and heal, we’d love to have you on our team.

Position: Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver therapy to clients of all ages, including individuals and families.
  • Assess client needs and tailor treatment plans accordingly.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure holistic care.
  • Document treatment sessions and client progress in a timely manner.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus benefits.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Full licensure (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) with no disciplinary actions.
  • Experience in independent clinical decision-making and treatment planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with computers and electronic health records.
