Virtual Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) – Join Us in Seward, Alaska

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LMFT, LPC, or LCSW to join our team as a Virtual Mental Health Counselor. If you're looking to make a meaningful impact while supporting clients through their mental health journey, this is the role for you. Work alongside a dedicated team to foster healing, growth, and resilience in individuals, couples, and families.

Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy to clients with diverse needs.
  • Perform detailed assessments to better understand each client’s situation.
  • Create personalized treatment plans grounded in proven, evidence-based practices.
  • Work with an interdisciplinary team to offer integrated care.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and treatment outcomes.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, with a benefits package.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Valid, unrestricted licensure (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).
  • Proven ability to develop treatment plans and evaluate client progress.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
  • Computer proficiency.
