Join Our Team as a Virtual Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Juneau, Alaska

We are committed to delivering comprehensive mental health services that promote healing, resilience, and growth. As an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive team and utilize your expertise to empower clients on their journey toward well-being.

Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy to clients across the lifespan.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' strengths, challenges, and treatment goals.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to ensure coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits.

Requirements:

  • Education: You must have completed a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Licensing: You must be fully licensed to practice independently without supervision:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • *Note: No limited/provisional licenses. No disciplinary actions.
  • Ability to make professional evaluations, decisions, and recommendation for treatment planning and implementation
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and sympathetic nature
  • You must be computer literate.
