Role: Full-Time Virtual Mental Health Therapist
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one mental health counseling using secure video chat
• Implement evidence-based treatment strategies tailored to individual needs
• Create personalized treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals
• Foster self-awareness and healthy coping mechanisms in clients
• Track progress and make necessary adjustments to therapy plans

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year with full benefits

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology
• Active state licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) with no restrictions
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills and expertise in therapeutic techniques
• Comfortable navigating digital tools for therapy
