You will work as a Virtual Mental Health Therapist to provide counseling services via video chat through our user-friendly therapist portal. Because of the rising demand for mental health counseling, you will get clients immediately and start having a full caseload within days!

Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Primary Duties:

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling via video chat
• Use solution-based treatment modalities to facilitate individual treatments
• Develop effective and individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of your clients
• Help clients develop insights into their experiences, feelings, and relationships
• Monitor progress throughout the treatment plan and help clients develop healthy coping mechanisms

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year with full benefits

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology)
• Active state licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW
• No license restrictions or disciplinary actions
• Strong familiarity with current therapy practices and tools
