Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual therapy sessions to clients, fostering improved mental health outcomes.
• Help clients explore emotions and relationships to better understand themselves.
• Assist clients in setting and achieving their personal goals.
• Evaluate mental health conditions and develop actionable treatment plans based on your expertise.

Compensation: $90,000 to $110,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits.

Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant mental health field.
• Active Minnesota licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, or similar.
• Proven experience working with diverse client populations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated and organized.
